Shortly after the attacks of 9/11, Massachusetts native Stevi joined the Army National Guard at the age of 17. Deployed to Iraq in 2006 for a 12-month tour, Stevi operated as a truck driver. Responsible for transporting various types of cargo to different sections of the country, Stevi sustained a serious back injury during one of her missions.
Using her injury as inspiration, Stevi went to school to become a massage therapist so that she could help veterans and others alleviate pain, stress and anxiety. Furthermore, Stevi has completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Health Services.
